Shipping
Delos ships outlet area rugs free-of-charge and offers you 30 days to experience the look and feel of our rugs first hand. Shipping and returns policies are for The Outlet only and do not apply to custom wholesale projects.
- We currently ship to the contiguous United only. We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska, APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
- We do not currently offer international shipping.
- Delivery time excludes weekends and holidays.
- We use standard carriers for shipping.
30-Day Return Policy
Returns should be shipped in the same manner as they were originally packaged. Only unused rugs are eligible for a refund. Once the return is received, we will evaluate and send an email confirming your refund. Please call or email our support staff with any questions or if you would like assistance with your return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery of your order. Only unused rugs are eligible for a refund. Rugs must be received back damage free within 30 days to receive credit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused area rug/rugs that are EXACTLY 8’x10’ or smaller for a discounted freight rate. Please contact Delos’ customer service department to receive packaging (if yours is unable to be used) and return label details. For any oversized rug/rugs OVER an 8’x10’ we are unfortunately unable to send discounted return labels, since these area rugs are too large to ship domestic ground. Please contact Delos’ customer service to receive packaging (if yours is unable to be used) and to coordinate a professional pick-up.
