Verge blends 86% New Zealand wool — prized for rich color, minimal shedding, and improved cleanability — with 14% ECONYL® nylon, creating a subtle striae that maximizes the look and performance of both fibers. Verge achieves its unique dimension through a refined combination of cut, loop, and 80% tip shear, a technique Delos has mastered. Carpets are tufted to each plane’s template, eliminating the need to purchase full rolls, which saves material cost and minimizes waste. Completed artwork is available in 3–5 business days; projects ship in 4–6 weeks from sample signoff and deposit.
