To Place An Order
  1. Submit an account application, a valid State Resale Exemption Certificate, as we do not charge sales tax, a Federal Employer ID along with signed Advertising Policy to our A/R department at 706-879-9820. Please call 877-988-5595 (8AM-5PM EST Monday-Friday) if you need assistance. You will receive a confirmation of your new Delos account within 48 hours.
  2. Opening order are prepaid only. You can pay by credit card or by check.
  3. All check payments must be drawn on US banks.
  4. Delos does not accept orders via phone. Please submit your purchase order by facsimile to 706-624-6522. Order confirmation will be returned via email or facsimile within 48 hours.
  5. Please have your account number when calling for price quotes. Delos will not discuss pricing via phone without an account number.
Made-to-order Guidelines
  1. Any rug design in the Delos catalog may be made as a Journey Made hand knotted, hand tufted. Some designs are available as American Made rugs. Consult your price list for cost.
  2. Delos welcomes original artwork. Delos will not duplicate copyrighted material.
  3. Delos will dye to match any color as closely as possible.
  4. Delos provides complimentary color renderings. You can also use Delos Designer Toolbox at zachary.zjstech.net/delosoutlet to create your own renderings. Please consult a Creative Specialist for more information. A signed rendering indicating approval must be submitted before production will begin.
  5. Strike off samples are available and are required on original artwork. Size is 21″x31″ ($165 includes shipping). Lead time is 6-8 weeks. A signed strike off approval must be submitted before rug production will begin.
  6. A color pom is required for all custom colors ($25.00 per pom). Lead times is approximately two weeks.
  7. Made-to-order rugs require a 60% deposit at the time the final order is placed.
  8. If a rug is to be installed, this must be clearly marked on your P.O. Delos will not be responsible for such omissions.
  9. Final delivery of your made-to-order rug will vary; minimum of 14-15 weeks for hand tufted rugs, 16-18 weeks for hand knotted rugs and six weeks for American Made rugs.

  2. We use UPS, Fed Ex, Southeastern. We also accommodate third party billing. Please specify whether delivery address is business or residential. Due to size limitations, Delos cannot ship any package via UPS that is over 96″ in length or over 130″ total girth (length and width combined), or over 150 pounds.
  3. Delos does offer White Glove Delivery upon request; call for quote.
  4. Rugs 9’x12′ or larger require a protective shipping tube. Refer to pricing for cost.
Returns/Merchandise Adjustment
  1. Delos reserves the right to refuse any return.
  2. Delos will not accept a return without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please call 877-988-5595 to get an RA number. Please have your account number available when calling.
  3. Rugs that are damaged in transit on a return as the result of insufficient or improper wrapping material will be refused.
Rugs Damaged or Lost in Transit
  1. Upon receipt of your merchandise, please inspect the rugs thoroughly with the driver present. Ensure that your entire order is present and in good condition before signing.  Any goods signed for without notations of damages or shortages is consenting the order is in proper condition and received complete.

  2. Goods damaged in transit must be refused at time of delivery or noted on the Bill of Landing (BOL) as a damaged item or missing item.
  3. If proper notations are not made with the carrier at the time of delivery, Delos reserves the right to deny the claim. You may be asked to submit photographic evidence of items that are damaged.
  1. As all of Delos’ products are crafted by hand, colors vary slightly between dye lots and individual rugs. Tolerance is +/-5%.
  2. Slight pattern irregularities are normal in handmade items. Size tolerance is +/-5%.
  3. Every Delos rug is warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original purchase date. Delos may repair or replace a Delos rug at its discretion without charge.
  4. To file a claim under this Limited Warranty, please contact Delos at 877-988-5595. Proof of original purchase and photographic evidence will be required of the manufacturing defect.
  5. Dealer is expected to inspect all customer claims. Delos representatives will only perform onsite inspections if applicable.
  6. Claims for damage to rugs arising from negligence, third party applications or actions, or improper cleaning will be rejected.
  7. Dealer’s cost of a rug constitutes the maximum liability that Delos will consider on any claim.
Conditions of Sale
  1. All sales are final. Any cancellations forfeit the customers deposit.
  2. Placement of order with Delos, Inc. constitutes acceptance of these terms.
  3. Prices are subject to change without notice, and previous price lists are withdrawn.
Storage Fees

Once order has been completed up to 10 business days without receipt of final payment balance, storage fees in the amount of $35.00/ day will begin to accrue until balance is paid in full.
