The Journey Made Java Flatweave Collection is handwoven from high-performance PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Boucle yarns spun from 100% post-consumer waste including recycled water bottles. Engineered for both beauty and resilience, these fibers create naturally durable, stain resistant rugs that retain color and resist fading from sun exposure or harsh cleaning.

Maximum dimensions are 15 feet in width and 30 feet in length. The construction features a 6-7mm pile height for a refined, low-profile finish. Java is rated for severe traffic at 3.5 with a lightfastness rating of 4.0. Interior and exterior rug pads can be cut to size and shape for a nominal upcharge. Most sizes ship within approximately 16-18 weeks from signoff to production. For larger projects, contact Delos for additional color options.
